CWM® Registration Form — Download or Register Online
You can register for the Chartered Wealth Manager® fully online through the AAFM India student portal, or download the offline registration form and submit it by post or email. Most candidates find online registration faster — a counsellor can guide you either way.
Online Registration vs. the Offline Form — Which is Right for You?
AAFM India supports both online and paper-based registration. For most candidates, the online route is faster, simpler and easier to track. The offline form exists for those who prefer a paper trail or are registering through a corporate sponsor.

Information and Documents Required to Register
Whether you register online or via the paper form, you will need the same core information and supporting documents ready before you begin.
Full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. These must match your government-issued ID to avoid discrepancies at the time of certification dispatch.
Your highest educational qualification certificate. If you are registering while still pursuing your graduation, submit your 10+2 marksheet and note that the charter will be awarded once graduate eligibility is met.
A clear copy of Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card or Voter ID. This is used to verify identity and is mandatory for examination scheduling at Pearson VUE / Prometric centres.
A recent passport-sized photograph against a plain background. Online registrations require a digital image (JPG/PNG, under 1 MB); offline forms require a physical photograph affixed to the form.
If registering via the Experience Pathway (3+ years relevant financial services experience), you will need an employer letter or appointment letters / salary slips confirming your role and tenure. This is reviewed to determine Level I exam waiver eligibility.
Indicate which certification you are registering for: CWM®, CTEP, AFA®, or Ch.E. If you intend to pursue more than one, discuss bundled or sequential enrolment with an AAFM India counsellor.
Submitting Your Registration Form
Once your form is complete and documents are in order, you have two submission routes depending on whether you are registering online or offline.
Download or Access the Form
For the offline route: download the CWM® registration form PDF (contact AAFM India or use the enquiry form to request the current version — confirm the live download link with a counsellor before proceeding). For the online route: use the student portal link provided by your counsellor.
Fill in All Sections Carefully
Complete every field: personal details, pathway selection, certification choice (CWM®/CTEP/AFA®/Ch.E.), educational background and, if applicable, work experience. Incomplete forms will be returned, adding delays to your activation.
Attach Documents and Payment
Attach attested photocopies of your educational certificate, photo ID and photograph. Include a demand draft or bank transfer confirmation for the programme fee (from Rs.42,000 + GST). Overseas candidates follow ICICI Bank wire transfer instructions provided by AAFM India.
Post or Email to AAFM India
Post the complete package to: AAFM India, Office No. 403, ITL Twin Towers, Plot No. B-09, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi — 110034. Alternatively, scan and email to info@aafmindia.co.in with subject line "CWM® Registration — [Your Name]". Call +91 96501 59583 to confirm receipt.
Await Confirmation and Activation
AAFM India verifies your documents and activates your student account — typically within 7 working days of receiving the complete package. You will receive an activation email with your portal credentials and welcome correspondence from AAFM USA. Your 365-day study window begins from this date.
After Your Registration Is Confirmed
Once your account is activated, you are a fully enrolled CWM® student. Here is what to focus on in your first few weeks.
Log in to the student portal to access your digital courseware for all 20 CWM® units. Review the full curriculum to understand what each unit covers and map out a study plan. Most students allocate 4–6 months of part-time study before sitting Level I, though this depends heavily on your financial services background and the time you can commit each week.
When you feel ready, schedule your Level I examination through Pearson VUE, Prometric or NSE Academy — no earlier than 60 days after registration (Compulsory Pathway) or 30 days (Experience Pathway). Pay the Level I exam fee (Rs.7,080) at the time of scheduling. Exams run 365 days a year across 75 Indian cities and 200+ global centres.

CWM® Registration Form — Common Questions
Yes. Online registration is processed more quickly because your details go directly into the student portal. The offline form requires physical or email submission and manual data entry, which may add a few working days to your activation timeline. Unless you have a specific reason to use the paper route, online registration is recommended.
The AAFM India registration form covers four certifications: Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM®), Chartered Trust and Estate Planner (CTEP), Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA®), and Chartered Economist (Ch.E.). Select your intended certification on the form before submitting.
Typically required: a copy of your highest educational certificate, a government-issued photo ID, a recent passport-sized photograph, and proof of work experience if you are registering via the Experience Pathway. Confirm the exact document list with an AAFM India counsellor before submitting, as requirements may vary by pathway.
Yes, you may begin the programme after passing 10+2 (Class XII). You can sit examinations during the programme. However, the CWM® charter is awarded only once you meet graduate-level academic eligibility. Many students pursue their graduation alongside the CWM® and receive the charter once both are complete.
Submit the completed form, along with attested copies of required documents and payment confirmation, to AAFM India at Office No. 403, ITL Twin Towers, Plot No. B-09, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi — 110034.
