CREP® — frequently asked
The CREP® (Chartered Real Estate Professional) is a compact designation in real-estate advisory, law, valuation and financing. Offered by AAFM India under the AAFM/GAFM global standards, it builds core real-estate expertise for advisors, developers' executives and finance professionals — recognised in 151+ countries.
Real estate advisors, agents and sales professionals; developers' and builders' executives; DSAs and home-loan agents; and wealth managers, analysts and financial advisors who want real estate expertise.
No — it's a compact course that builds from fundamentals, so finance professionals and newcomers can specialise without a prior real estate background.
Minimum 10+2 and at least 18 years of age to enrol; a bachelor's degree is required at the time of certification. There is one two-hour examination (via NSE) with a 50% passing score, scheduled in monthly windows.
